{"id":1476,"date":"2021-03-11T01:47:51","date_gmt":"2021-03-11T01:47:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/infoinfrastruktur.com\/?p=1476"},"modified":"2021-03-11T01:47:59","modified_gmt":"2021-03-11T01:47:59","slug":"tahun-2021-bantuan-sektor-perumahan-capai-rp331-triliun","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/infoinfrastruktur.com\/index.php\/2021\/03\/11\/tahun-2021-bantuan-sektor-perumahan-capai-rp331-triliun\/","title":{"rendered":"Tahun 2021, Bantuan Sektor Perumahan Capai Rp33,1 Triliun"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Jakarta, InfoInfrastruktur.com<\/strong> &#8211; Menteri Keuangan (Menkeu) Sri Mulyani Indrawati menyampaikan, untuk tahun 2021 pemerintah memberikan perhatian pada <a href=\"https:\/\/infoinfrastruktur.com\/index.php\/2020\/12\/11\/realisasi-program-sejuta-rumah-tahun-2020-ditragetkan-900-000-unit\/\">sektor perumahan<\/a> dalam berbagai bentuk dengan total alokasi anggaran APBN Rp33,1 triliun.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cBantuan pembiayaan perumahan yang berbasis tabungan atau BP2BT serta belanja anggaran APBN melalui bantuan stimulan <a href=\"https:\/\/infoinfrastruktur.com\/index.php\/2020\/12\/11\/realisasi-program-sejuta-rumah-tahun-2020-ditragetkan-900-000-unit\/\">perumahan <\/a>swadaya, pembangunan rumah susun, pembangunan rumah khusus dan pembangunan rumah susun sederhana, rumah umum, subsidi bantuan uang muka sebesar 4 juta rumah, subsidi selisih bunga dengan beban bunga masyarakat untuk yang berpendapatan rendah,\u201d kata Sri Mulyani dalam BTN Market Outlook 2021, Selasa (9\/3\/2021).\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Menkeu menambahkan, APBN juga menggunakan instrumen transfer ke daerah dalam bentuk Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK) Fisik untuk pembangunan rumah secara swadaya. \u201cAPBN juga memberikan dana bergulir fasilitas likuiditas pembiayaan perumahan,\u201d ungkap Sri Mulyani, dikutip <em>InfoInfrastruktur<\/em> dari <em>kemenkeu.go.id<\/em>. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selain itu, kata Menkeu, pemerintah juga memperkuat PT. Sarana Multigriya Finansial (PT. SMF) sebagai Special Mission Vehicle Kementerian Keuangan di bidang perumahan dengan memberikan penyertaan modal negara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Menkeu menyebutkan, data dari Otoritas Jasa Keuangan menunjukkan kredit kepemilikan properti hanya tumbuh 2,8%. Hal ini jauh lebih rendah dibandingkan rata-rata tiga tahun terakhir yang selalu tumbuh di atas 10%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Untuk itu, katanya, guna meningkatkan minat pembelian perumahan, pemerintah menanggung Pajak Pertambahan Nilai (PPN) atas penyerahan rumah tapak dan unit hunian rumah susun sesuai dengan Peraturan Menteri Keuangan Nomor 21 Tahun 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PPN yang akan ditanggung pemerintah diberikan untuk penyerahan yang dilakukan pada Masa Pajak Maret 2021 sampai dengan Masa Pajak Agustus 2021. PPN akan ditanggung 100% oleh pemerintah untuk penyerahan dengan harga jual maksimal Rp2 miliar, sedangkan untuk harga jual rumah diatas Rp2 miliar hingga Rp5 miliar diberikan diskon PPN 50%
