Kini banyak perkerasan beton bahu jalan yang mengalami retakan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kepala Satuan Kerja (Satker) Pelaksanaan Jalan Nasional (PJN) Wilayah III Provinsi Jawa Barat (Jabar) Dedy Hariadi ST MT mengatakan, kasus retak\/<em>crack<\/em> pada perkerasan beton bahu jalan di Ruas Jalan Cageur \u2013 Ciamis, disebabkan karena sifat beton yang kaku dan dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan ini tidak ada penulangan (<em>dowel<\/em>) untuk menahan lendutan dan beban tarik yang mengakibatkan retak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cDan ada penyebab lain yang mengakibatkan kerusakan pada beton tersebut, yaitu beton belum mencapai umur tapi sudah harus dilakukan <em>open traffic<\/em>,\u201d kata Dedy Hariadi dalam keterangannya di Bandung, Rabu (14\/04\/2021) seperti dikutip <em>InfoInfrastruktur<\/em> dari <em>Medikomonline.com<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dedy menambahkan, pada beberapa lokasi Jalan Cageur \u2013 Ciamis yang mengalami kerusakan seperti retakan dan <em>crack<\/em>, pihaknya sudah memerintahkan kepada penyedia jasa agar melakukan perbaikan dengan pengisian retakan dengan semen sika dan membongkar beton yang rusak dan mengganti dengan beton baru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selain retakan dini perkerasan beton bahu jalan, juga banyak ditemukan aspal badan jalan yang berlubang dan retak yang tidak ditangani dalam pemeliharaan rutin pada Paket Preservasi Jalan Cageur \u2013 Ciamis tahun anggaran 2020. Menanggapi hal tersebut, Dedy menjelaskan, akibat dari curah hujan dengan intensitas yang cukup tinggi, telah mengakibatkan kerusakan pada perkerasan jalan. Pada pekerjaan Paket Preservasi Jalan Cageur-Ciamis tersebut terdapat item pekerjaan Campuran Aspal Panas (CAP) untuk penanganan kerusakan pada perkerasan jalan berupa lubang, retak, dan amblas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cPelaksanaan pekerjaan tersebut dilaksanakan secara periodik, namun tergantung dari ketersediaan <em>hotmix<\/em> dari AMP yang memproduksi <em>hotmix<\/em>. Untuk penanganan sementara dilaksanakan penutupan pada lubang-lubang tersebut dengan <em>aggregate<\/em> dan CPHMA agar tidak membahayakan pengguna jalan, dan apabila tersedia <em>hotmix<\/em> selanjutnya dilaksanakan penambalan (<em>patching<\/em>),\u201d ungkap Dedy yang baru beberapa bulan menjabat Kepala Satker PJN Wilayah III Provinsi Jabar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Paket Preservasi Jalan Cageur \u2013 Ciamis tahun anggaran 2020 ini dikerjakan oleh kontraktor PT. Benteng Bangun Sejahtera dengan nilai kontrak Rp 58,8 milyar. Sedangkan penanganan Preservasi Jalan Cageur \u2013 Ciamis ini berada di bawah PPK 3.4 Provinsi Jawa Barat Arief Budiman ST.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lebih lanjut dijelaskan Deddy, Pekerjaan Preservasi Jalan Cageur-Ciamis tahun 2020 dilaksanakan dengan maksud menjaga kondisi jalan agar tetap dalam kondisi mantap untuk kelancaran dan keselamatan lalu lintas pengguna jalan dan sebagai jalur penghubung distribusi barang dan jasa untuk meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Untuk menjaga kemantapan kondisi Jalan Cageur-Ciamis ini, Dedy menambahkan, dalam Paket Preservasi Jalan Cageur &#8211; Ciamis dilaksanakan penanganan efektif di empat segmen dengan perkerasan lentur (aspal) sepanjang 4,54 Km. Selain itu, ada juga pekerjaan perkerasan beton bahu jalan dengan lebar variatif sesuai kondisi lapangan sepanjang sekitar 36 Km.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mengenai waktu pelaksanaan pekerjaan Paket Preservasi Jalan Cageur \u2013 Ciamis ini, Dedy menjelaskan, \u201cPekerjaan paket Preservasi Jalan (Cageur \u2013 Ciamis) pada awalnya direncanakan selama 316 (tiga ratus enam belas) hari kalender, selesai pada akhir Desember 2020.
