{"id":1764,"date":"2021-06-09T14:23:54","date_gmt":"2021-06-09T14:23:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/infoinfrastruktur.com\/?p=1764"},"modified":"2021-06-09T14:24:00","modified_gmt":"2021-06-09T14:24:00","slug":"pasok-air-irigasi-seluas-1-900-ha-kementerian-pupr-targetkan-bendungan-semantok-rampung-tahun-2022","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/infoinfrastruktur.com\/index.php\/2021\/06\/09\/pasok-air-irigasi-seluas-1-900-ha-kementerian-pupr-targetkan-bendungan-semantok-rampung-tahun-2022\/","title":{"rendered":"Pasok Air Irigasi Seluas 1.900 Ha, Kementerian PUPR Targetkan Bendungan Semantok Rampung Tahun 2022"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>JAKARTA, InfoInfrastruktur.com<\/strong> \u2013 Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat (PUPR) tengah menyelesaikan pembangunan Bendungan Semantok sebagai upaya pemerintah dalam memperkuat ketahanan air dan pangan di Kabupaten Nganjuk, Provinsi Jawa Timur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sebagai salah satu Program Strategis Nasional, pembangunan Bendungan Semantok ditargetkan rampung dan mulai pengisian awal (impounding) pada tahun 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Menteri PUPR Basuki Hadimuljono mengatakan, pengelolaan sumber daya air dan irigasi akan terus dilanjutkan dalam rangka mendukung produksi pertanian yang berkelanjutan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cDengan demikian pembangunan bendungan yang diikuti oleh pembangunan jaringan irigasinya dibangun dengan biaya besar dapat bermanfaat karena airnya dipastikan mengalir sampai ke sawah-sawah milik petani,\u201d kata Menteri Basuki, dikutip InfoInfrastruktur dari pu.go.id.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kementerian PUPR melalui Balai Besar Wilayah Sungai (BBWS) Sungai Brantas telah memulai pembangunan Bendungan Semantok sejak Desember tahun 2017 dengan progres saat ini telah mencapai 76%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dengan biaya konstruksi sebesar Rp 1,7 triliun, pelaksanaan pembangunan terdiri dari dua paket pekerjaan, yakni paket 1 dikerjakan oleh kontraktor pelaksana PT. Brantas Abipraya \u2013 PT Pelita Nusa Perkasa, KSO, dan paket 2 menggandeng PT Hutama Karya \u2013 PT Bahagia Bangunnusa, KSO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bendungan Semantok didesain dengan tipe zonal inti tegak yang memiliki tinggi 34 meter, lebar puncak bendungan 9 meter dan panjang puncak bendungan 3.100 meter. Dengan volume tampung 32,67 juta m3 dan luas area genangan 365 hektar, bendungan ini berfungsi untuk menyalurkan air saat musim kemarau guna mencegah terjadinya kekeringan pada areal persawahan sehingga dapat meningkatkan hasil produksi pertanian di daerah tersebut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tidak hanya dapat memasok air untuk irigasi seluas 1.900 ha, bendungan yang terletak di aliran Sungai Semantok juga mampu mengurangi risiko banjir sebesar 137 m3\/detik, pemeliharaan sungai di hilir bendungan sebesar 30 liter\/detik dan penyedia air baku sebesar 312 lt\/detik.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kehadiran Bendungan Semantok akan dimanfaatkan sebagai pengendali banjir di Kecamatan Rejoso untuk menahan air yang berlimpah saat musim hujan, serta memiliki potensi sebagai produksi air baku, dan pariwisata yang dapat menumbuhkan ekonomi lokal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dengan diselesaikannya Bendungan Semantok, nantinya akan menambah daftar bendungan di Jawa Timur serta menyusul pembangunan empat bendungan lainnya yakni Bendungan Tukul di Kabupaten Pacitan, Bendungan Tugu di Kabupaten Trenggalek, Bendungan Bendo di Kabupaten Ponorogo, dan Bendungan Gongseng di Kabupaten Bojonegoro.
