Kendala yang jadi sorotan adalah sejumlah bidang tanah yang sudah bebas, namun belum bisa dibangun karena ada penolakan warga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAda beberapa bidang lahan yang sudah bebas, namun belum dapat dikonstruksi karena ada penolakan dari warga. Tapi kami sudah terjunkan tim untuk diselesaikan,\u201d tutur Luhut saat rakor percepatan pembangunan Tol Cisumdawu bersama Gubernur Jawa Barat Ridwan Kamil secara virtual dari Gedung Pakuan Bandung, Selasa (15\/6\/2021).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Persoalan lainnya adalah tumpang tindih kawasan hutan dengan tanah warga, tanah kas desa, dan tanah adat. \u201cAda juga tanah wakaf yang sampai saat ini belum bebas,\u201d ujar Luhut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Terkait hal tersebut, kata Luhut, Menko Marves pun sudah meminta aparat penegak hukum mengawal penyelesaian masalah. \u201dDiperlukan pendampingan dari aparat penegak hukum dalam melakukan pendekatan, pengamanan dan penertiban,\u201d katanya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sementara dalam rakor virtual tersebut,Gubernur Jawa Barat Ridwan Kamil menegaskan, Pemda Provinsi Jabar sudah melaksanakan tugasnya dalam pembangunan Tol Cisumdawu.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pemda Jabar kini tinggal membebaskan lahan untuk akses tol dari Dawuan menuju Bandara Internasional Jawa Barat (BIJB) di Kertajati, Majalengka.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSesuai tupoksi kami sudah 100 persen. Tinggal kami mengoordinasikan yang sambungan dari Cisumdawu ke BIJB,\u201d ujar Ridwan Kamil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dalam pengerjaan Tol Cisumdawu sepanjang 60 kilometer, pemerintah daerah bertugas mengurusi pembebasan lahan. Sementara Kementerian PUPR mengerjakan konstruksinya.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kang Emil, sapaan akrab Ridwan Kamil menuturkan, saat ini isu yang menjadi hambatan dalam pengerjaan Tol Cisumdawu yaitu pembebasan tanah kas desa.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pihaknya pun intens berkoordinasi dengan Pemkab Sumedang untuk menyelesaikan persoalan lokal tersebut. \u201cSaya terus berkoordinasi dengan Pak Bupati (Sumedang) untuk menyelesaikan masalah lokal, itu tanggung jawab kami,\u201d katanya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bupati Sumedang Dony Ahmad Munir mengatakan, persoalan tanah kas desa yang menghambat pembangunan Cisumdawu kini sudah tuntas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cMinggu kemarin sudah mengundang seluruh Camat yang berkaitan dengan lahan, semua sudah clear. Besok kita rapat Forkopimda untuk mengakselerasi,\u201d ujar Dony.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tol Cisumdawu ditargetkan rampung akhir 2021 atau awal 2022.
