(Foto: InfoInfrastruktur)<\/strong><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Lebih rinci Dedy menjelaskan, pembebasan lahan bangunan\/rumah untuk Penggantian Jembatan Cipatujah menjadi tanggung jawab Satker Pelaksanaan Jalan Nasional Wilayah III Provinsi Jawa Barat, Kementerian PUPR dengan penilaian ganti kerugian menggunakan jasa penilai public \/KJPP dan peta bidang tanah, bidang perbidang yang dikeluarkan oleh Kantor Pertanahan ATR\/BPN Kabupaten Tasikmalaya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cPerkembangan proses pembebasann lahan ganti kerugian telah dititipkan di Pengadilan Negeri Tasikmalaya Klas IA dan sedang dalam proses sidang gugatan di Pengadilan. Kementerian PUPR sedang mengajukan permohonan eksekusi ke Pengadlian Negeri Tasikmalaya,\u201d ungkap Dedy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lanjut Dedy, target Jembatan Cipatujah direncannakan selesai pada tanggal 29 Desember 2021. Jembatan Cipatujah ini dibangun denganType Jembatan Australia. Lebar jembatan 7 meter dan lebar trotoar jembatan 1 meter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cPanjang bentang: Bentang Girder A1 \u2013 P1 = 26,3 meter, Bentang Girder A2 \u2013 P2 = 26,3 meter, Bentang Rangka Baja = 82,54 meter,\u201d jelasnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Paket Penggantian Jembatan Cipatujah ini dilaksanakan oleh penyedia jasa PT.
