{"id":4081,"date":"2025-02-03T16:36:10","date_gmt":"2025-02-03T09:36:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/infoinfrastruktur.com\/?p=4081"},"modified":"2025-02-03T16:36:12","modified_gmt":"2025-02-03T09:36:12","slug":"pemdaprov-jabar-dan-itb-kembangkan-mobile-cold-storage-berbasis-solar-cell","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/infoinfrastruktur.com\/index.php\/2025\/02\/03\/pemdaprov-jabar-dan-itb-kembangkan-mobile-cold-storage-berbasis-solar-cell\/","title":{"rendered":"Pemdaprov Jabar dan ITB Kembangkan Mobile Cold Storage Berbasis &#8220;Solar Cell&#8221;"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Subang, Infoinfrastruktur.com &#8211; <\/strong>Pemerintah Daerah Provinsi Jawa Barat bersama Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) mengembangkan Mobile Cold Storage Solar Powered sebagai sarana penyimpanan dan pengawetan ikan hasil tangkapan nelayan dengan sistem pendingin bertenaga surya di Kabupaten Subang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inovasi ini merupakan implementasi <em>system off grid<\/em> energi baru terbarukan (EBT) yang dibiayai pendanaan Hibah Kompetitif Tahun 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Inisiasi ini pun dilaksanakan bersama Koperasi Unit Desa (KUD) Mandiri Mina Fajar Sidik Desa Blanakan, Kecamatan Blanakan, Kabupaten Subang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Penjabat Gubernur Jawa Barat Bey Machmudin mengungkap bahwa Desa Blanakan merupakan salah satu kawasan potensial sektor perikanan Jabar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sehingga tepat menurutnya, Pemdaprov Jabar bersama insitusi pendidikan seperti ITB mengembangkan inovasi yang berdampak nyata bagi masyarakat dan saat ini tengah dikembangkan adalah Mobile Cold Storage (MCS) berbasis <em>solar cell<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Intinya yang kita harapkan ada kerja sama antara Pemda Provinsi Jawa Barat dengan institusi pendidikan (ITB) untuk menyejahterakan rakyat,&#8221; ucap Bey Machmudin di Desa Blanakan, Senin (3\/2\/2025).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dengan suhu minimum 0 sampai dengan -5 derajat Celcius, MCS dapat menyimpan hingga tiga ton ikan tangkapan nelayan. Sarana ini juga memiliki kapasitas PLTS Off- Grid 7,2 KWp dan kapasitas baterai 20 KWAh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Tadi kita lihat ada <em>Mobile Cold Storage<\/em> untuk tiga ton dan diakui Ketua KUD sangat bermanfaat karena membantu nelayan untuk menyimpan hasil melaut,&#8221; katanya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Jadi bisa menambah lama penyimpanan, tidak perlu cepat-cepat dijual. Kalau buru-buru dijual harganya bisa turun,&#8221; ucap Bey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ke depan, lanjut Bey, pihaknya bersama ITB akan mereplikasi MCS di titik-titik lain di Jawa Barat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Mungkin bisa bersama perusahaan dengan CSR (<em>Corporate Social Responsibility<\/em>). Pak Kadis (Kelautan dan Perikanan Jabar) juga akan ke Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan agar dibantu bisa lebih banyak lagi,&#8221; ujarnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dengan begitu MCS Solar Powered ini akan berdampak baik untuk rantai industri perikanan di Jabar karena dapat meringankan nelayan dan koperasi nelayan dalam operasional distribusi ikan hasil tangkapan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Saya rasa ini baik ditiru di tempat lain,&#8221; ungkap Bey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Disamping itu, Bey juga berdialog dengan beberapa nelayan Blanakan. Ia pun mendengarkan dan menampung aspirasi dari nelayan, salah satunya soal perbaikan jalan di kawasan Blanakan guna memperlancar pergerakan orang atau barang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wakil Rektor ITB Bidang Riset dan Inovasi Prof. Brian Yuliarto mengungkap kebanggaan ITB dapat bekerja ama dengan Pemdaprov Jabar membantu permasalahan riil di lapangan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ia berharap penelitian ITB bisa benar- benar bermanfaat untuk masyarakat. Contohnya dengan menghadirkan Mobile Cold Storage Solar Powered ini.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Ini <em>free maintenance<\/em>, pemeliharaannya ringan. Kita juga sudah <em>training<\/em> untuk tenaga di sini. Mudah-mudahan dapat meringankan warga dan di akhir dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat,&#8221; kata Brian.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kepala Dinas Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral (ESDM) Provinsi Jabar Ai Saadiyah Dwidaningsih menyebut, Jabar potensial untuk energi baru terbarukan (EBT), dan seyogianya EBT dapat dimanfaatkan untuk semua sektor, termasuk kali ini di sektor perikanan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Keuntungan MCS<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sejumlah keuntungan penggunaan MCS antara lain pengurangan emisi hingga 8,62 tonCO2Eq per Tahun. Lalu penghematan genset 3 kW 2 liter per jam senilai Rp141.474.000 per tahun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Keuntungan lainnya, penghematan listrik PLN dengan TDL Rp1699,53\/kWh atau Rp15.112.220 per tahun, serta penghematan nelayan dengan adanya MCS 3 ton, asumsi ongkos penyimpanan Rp150\/kg atau Rp164.250.000 per tahun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Jadi saya kira inisiasi ini sangat baik sekali, secara berharap tentunya ini bisa dilakukan secara masif,&#8221; kata Ai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kepala Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan Jabar Hermansyah Manap mengatakan, sarana penyimpanan hasil tangkapan nelayan merupakan salah satu kebutuhan dasar di sektor perikanan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Apalagi di sini sangat aktif. Pada saat musim ikan, ada sekitar enam bulanan setiap tahun, produksinya sangat besar di sini. Kalau tidak ada <em>cold storage<\/em>,&nbsp; ikan hasil tangkapan harus segera dijual, tapi harga pada saat itu sangat rendah,&#8221; ungkap Hermansyah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Jadi biasanya tidak tertutup operasional kapal nelayan untuk mencari ikan. Dengan adanya <em>cold storage<\/em>, nelayan bisa menyimpan dulu sehingga harga ikan tidak turun,&#8221; tuturnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ketua KUD Mina Fajar Sidik Blanakan Dasam mengatakan, dengan adanya <em>cold storage<\/em>, kualitas ikan terjaga dengan baik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Sehingga dari mulai proses penyimpanan sampai dipasarkan mutu ikan tetap terjaga,&#8221; kata Dasam.
