Mengusung tema \u201c<em>A New Beginning<\/em> &#8211; Menyongsong Era Baru,\u201d festival ini menjadi simbol keberagaman dan kebersamaan dalam budaya Nusantara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bey Machmudin mengapresiasi gelaran tahunan yang diikuti oleh masyarakat lintas agama dan berbagai daerah di Indonesia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Saya sangat senang dan mengapresiasi kegiatan ini. Walaupun pelaksanaannya dari Vihara Dhanagun, pesertanya beragam, ada yang Muslim, Kristen, Hindu, dan Buddha. Bahkan, tidak hanya dari Bogor, tapi juga dari Minahasa, Papua, dan daerah lainnya. Ini benar-benar seperti Indonesia mini,&#8221; ujarnya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bey menyatakan bahwa Bogor Street Festival layak dikembangkan ke tingkat internasional tanpa mengubah konsep aslinya. &#8220;Saya tadi meminta Pak Wali Kota untuk menyampaikan kepada wali kota berikutnya agar festival ini ditingkatkan menjadi acara internasional. Ini sudah menjadi ciri khas Bogor dan bisa lebih dikenal dunia,&#8221; katanya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selain menarik wisatawan lokal, Bey berharap festival ini menjadi daya tarik bagi wisatawan mancanegara. Ia juga mengusulkan agar elemen panggung diperluas dengan melibatkan rumah-rumah di sekitar lokasi acara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Penjabat Wali Kota Bogor, Hery Antasari Padmadinata, berharap festival ini membawa berkah bagi Kota Bogor dan seluruh warganya.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Intinya semoga ini membawa berkah untuk Kota Bogor dan seluruh warga Kota Bogor serta Jawa Barat. Dengan tema \u2018<em>A New Beginning<\/em> &#8211; Menyongsong Era Baru,\u2019 kita juga akan memiliki wali kota baru. Semoga masyarakat mendukung beliau agar Bogor semakin maju,&#8221; ujar Hery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Festival ini menampilkan parade budaya yang melintasi Jalan Suryakencana, Jalan Siliwangi, hingga Jalan Batutulis.
