Acara ini turut dihadiri oleh Wakil Menteri Pekerjaan Umum (PU) RI, Diana Kusumastuti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Indra menegaskan pentingnya distribusi perpipaan dalam penyediaan air minum yang layak dan terjangkau. &#8220;Intinya yang harus kita pastikan adalah masyarakat mendapatkan air yang layak, aman, dan murah, terutama melalui distribusi perpipaan. Kami mengapresiasi upaya Pemkab Bandung melalui PDAM Tirtaraharja yang berkomitmen meningkatkan cakupan air minum perpipaan bagi masyarakat,&#8221; ujar Indra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Indra mengungkapkan cakupan air perpipaan di Jawa Barat saat ini baru mencapai 25-30 persen. Sementara itu, jika memasukkan kontribusi dari air minum kemasan, cakupannya sudah mencapai lebih dari 90 persen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Secara keseluruhan, air minum layak di Jawa Barat sudah mencapai 94 persen, termasuk dari air minum kemasan. Namun, untuk air minum perpipaan baru sekitar 25 hingga 30 persen,&#8221; katanya<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Dari total 13 juta Kepala Keluarga (KK) di Jabar, masih ada sekitar 6 juta KK yang belum teraliri air minum perpipaan. Oleh karena itu, kami terus berupaya memenuhi target 100 persen pada 2045 sesuai dengan visi Bappenas,&#8221; jelas Indra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Indra menilai langkah PDAM Tirta Raharja Kabupaten Bandung patut dijadikan contoh bagi daerah lain dalam meningkatkan kuantitas dan kualitas penyaluran air minum perpipaan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Pembangunan SPAM Ciparay menggunakan skema Kerjasama Pemerintah dan Badan Usaha (KPBU) tanpa menggunakan APBD.
