(Foto: Biro Komunikasi Publik Kementerian PUPR)<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jakarta, InfoInfrastruktur.com<\/strong> &#8211; Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat (PUPR) melalui Ditjen Perumahan terus menggulirkan Program Bantuan Stimulan Perumahan Swadaya (BSPS) atau dikenal dengan Bedah Rumah. Program BSPS ini dilakukan dengan metode Padat Karya Tunai (PKT).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tercatat hingga 17 Agustus 2020, realisasi BSPS sudah 68,44% atau senilai Rp 3,16 triliun, dengan jumlah tenaga kerja yang terserap sebanyak 111.757 orang.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Melalui Program Bedah Rumah ini sekaligus memberikan kesempatan kerja bagi masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah yang terdampak Pandemi COVID-19 sekaligus meningkatkan kualitas rumah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Program Bedah Rumah ini dilaksanakan untuk peningkatan kualitas rumah di 449 kabupaten\/kota dan pembangunan baru di 151 kabupaten\/kota dengan alokasi anggaran Rp4,63 triliun.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Salah satu kabupaten yang masuk dalam program BSPS tahun 2020 dan telah disalurkan bantuan program tersebut adalah Kabupaten Morowali, Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah dengan alokasi anggaran Rp 8,54 miliar untuk 488 rumah tidak layak huni (RTLH) yang tersebar di 14 desa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diharapkan dengan bantuan sebesar Rp 17,5 juta per unit rumah tersebut masyarakat bisa lebih bersemangat dalam membangun hunian yang layak huni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Menteri PUPR Basuki Hadimuljono menegaskan, program BSPS ini dilakukan dengan metode Padat Karya Tunai (PKT).Tujuannya untuk mempertahankan daya beli masyarakat dan mengurangi angka pengangguran.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Menteri Basuki mengatakan, &#8220;Ini merupakan bentuk perhatian pemerintah kepada masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah untuk menghuni rumah yang layak, sekaligus membuka lapangan pekerjaan sebagai tukang untuk rehabilitasi rumah.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cSaya harap program ini dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidup para penerima bantuan dengan memiliki rumah yang lebih layak, sehat dan nyaman,&#8221; kata Menteri Basuki, dikutip InfoInfrastruktur dari pu.go.id.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Penyaluran BSPS di Kabupaten Morowali merupakan bagian dari bedah rumah di Sulawesi Tengah dengan alokasi sebesar Rp 70 miliar. Anggaran tersebut untuk bedah rumah sebanyak 4.000 unit tersebar di 1 kota dan 8 kabupaten di Sulawesi Tengah.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bentuk bantuan yang diberikan tidak berupa uang tunai, melainkan bahan bangunan yang digunakan untuk membangun. Adapun rincian biaya yang dikeluarkan untuk peningkatan kualitas adalah Rp15 juta untuk material bahan bangunan dan Rp 2,5 juta untuk upah tukang.
