(Foto: Biro Komunikasi, Layanan&nbsp;Informasi Publik dan Kerja Sama \u2013 Kementerian ESDM)&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Jakarta, InfoInfrastruktur.com &#8211; <\/strong>Untuk pertama kalinya, Kementerian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral (ESDM) mengenalkan Stasiun Penukaran Baterai Kendaraan Listrik Umum (SPBKLU). Pengenalan SPBKLU ini dilakukan oleh Direktur Jenderal Ketenagalistrikan Kementerian ESDM Rida Mulyana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Untuk pertama kalinya kami memperkenalkan keberadaan percontohan SPBKLU di kantor Ditjen Ketenagalistrikan. Sebagai tahap awal, SPBKLU ini hanya digunakan untuk kendaraan bermotor listrik roda dua,&#8221; ujar Rida, di kantor Ditjen Ketenagalistrikan, Jakarta, Senin (31\/8\/2020).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Rida menyampaikan, SPBKLU merupakan amanat dari Peraturan Presiden Nomor 55 Tahun 2019 tentang Percepatan Program Kendaraan Bermotor Listrik Berbasis Baterai (Battery Electric Vehicle) untuk Transportasi Jalan, serta turunannya yakni Peraturan Menteri ESDM Nomor 13 Tahun 2020 tentang Penyediaan Infrastruktur Pengisian Listrik untuk Kendaraan Bermotor Listrik Berbasis Baterai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PT PLN (Persero), lanjut Rida, dapat bekerjasama dengan badan usaha lainnya untuk membangun Stasiun Penukaran Baterai Kendaraan Listrik Umum (SPBKLU) dan Stasiun Pengisian Kendaraan Listrik Umum (SPKLU).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Hari ini kita tidak hanya memperkenalkan apa sih swap (penukaran baterai-red) ini. Tapi saya ingin kemukakan bahwa dengan kolaborasi dan kerja sama antarpihak yang terkait, baik kami di pemerintahan, PLN selaku operator penyedia listrik, pihak yang membutuhkannya seperti Grab, serta pihak yang bergerak di bidang penyewaan baterainya, rasanya (pertumbuhan SPBKLU) ini bisa lebih cepat,&#8221; ujar Rida, dalam siaran pers yang disampaikan Kepala Biro Komunikasi, Layanan&nbsp;Informasi Publik dan Kerja Sama \u2013 Kementerian ESDM&nbsp; Agung Pribadi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pada kesempatan ini, Rida mencoba mengendarai motor listrik dan melakukan penukaran baterai melalui SPBKLU yang terpasang di halaman Ditjen Ketenagalistrikan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selanjutnya, Rida mengambil baterai yang hampir kosong dari motor, melakukan scan barcode di SPBKLU, menaruh baterai di SPBKLU dengan prototype aplikasi yang dibuat oleh Ezyfast, mengambil baterai yang sudah terisi dari SPBKLU, dan memasangnya kembali ke kendaraan bermotor listrik. Proses penukaran baterainya membutuhkan waktu sekitar tiga hingga lima menit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kecepatan dan kemudahan penukaran baterai ini menjadi terobosan yang penting dalam pengembangan kendaraan bermotor listrik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;Salah satu kendala motor listrik adalah charging-nya. Bagaimana kalau listriknya habis? Alhamdulillah hari ini dengan adanya SPBKLU ini jadi memudahkan orang untuk beralih ke kendaraan listrik, sehingga udara Jakarta lebih bersih. Ke depan, kita bisa mengurangi impor BBM kita. Ini juga memudahkan tujuan Pemerintah mengurangi emisi dan mempercepat peningkatan kendaraan listrik,&#8221; ujar Direktur Mega Project PT PLN (Persero) M Ikhsan Asaad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Penukaran baterai kendaraan listrik ini juga dianalogikan dengan penukaran air mineral galon. &#8220;Prosesnya paling gampang. Prinsip penukaran baterai seperti prinsip penukaran galon. Kita menukar galon yang kosong, kita diberikan yang sudah diisi. Untuk pengisian, biarkan mesin yang melakukannya,&#8221; ujar Founder Ezyfast Nicodemus Suheri.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendapat senada juga dikemukakan oleh Head of EV Business PT Grab Indonesia Stephanus Widi. &#8220;Saya senang sekali. Pada saat kami uji coba menggunakan motor listrik, yang terjadi adalah lama untuk charge-nya. Dengan adanya SPBKLU ini, bisa cepat ganti baterai. Waktu lebih singkat dan mitra kami bisa lebih cepat dapat order.
